Framed Art Note Cards Matted Prints

Beth Hoffer is an award-winning photographer who resides in Massachusetts. Beth’s art is inspired by the natural and architectural beauty of New England and many of her photographs were taken close to home. Beth's photography represents her view of the world and she finds a certain satisfaction in having the opportunity to share this view with others.

While her sister points out that Beth always enjoyed taking pictures, it was only in the last few years that Beth has "gone public" with her work. It all started with a Brownie box camera, a hand-me-down from her mother's childhood days. A few years ago, Beth began making note cards featuring her photographs. Family and friends who received the cards encouraged Beth to sell her photographs. She extends a warm thank you to all those who believed in what they saw. It was through them that she found the courage to exhibit and show her work to shops and galleries.

Prior to turning to photography, Beth spent many years putting her Masters in Library Science to use at public and academic libraries. She found that librarianship suited her well and is proud of her many accomplishments in that field. She has used her photography to raise funds for local libraries and other organizations.

About two years ago, when people first started asking for a web site, Beth couldn't imagine a time when there would be enough interest to warrant publishing one. Her web site offers a selection of images from a portfolio that continues to increase in size. It is intended that the photographs in the galleries will be changed from time to time. Keep in mind that if one photograph captures your interest there are most likely additional photos of like subject matter that are not posted on the web site.

Beth's work is available as framed art, matted prints and note cards. She is also doing "portraits" of home and garden, transforming your home
into a piece of art.
